Accessibility statement

Sapluna Systems Oy aims to make sapluna.com usable for as many people as possible.

We target the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA for the public marketing website where reasonably practicable.

This statement covers the public website at sapluna.com (including localised English and Finnish pages). It does not cover the logged-in Sapluna product application, which is covered separately in customer documentation where applicable.

Status

Current conformance

Based on an internal self-assessment, the marketing website largely meets accessibility requirements, with some known gaps still being improved.

This statement was last reviewed in August 2026 and will be updated as audits and fixes progress.

Limitations

Known limitations

Some content may not yet fully meet the target level. We are working to improve these areas:

Older marketing images or decorative assets may lack complete text alternatives
Some third-party embeds (for example cookie consent, scheduling or video) may have their own accessibility limits
Complex interactive visuals on the homepage may be harder to use with assistive technology; core content remains available in text

How to report an issue

If you encounter barriers on sapluna.com — missing text alternatives, keyboard traps, insufficient contrast or unclear structure — please tell us so we can fix them.

We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 14 days and provide an accessible alternative where needed.
