What Is Sapluna
Every successful event or service needs more than a concept. It needs a shared production model. Sapluna provides ready-made structures, workflows, and best practices that help you build ways of working tailored to your needs, without having to start from scratch. By creating a shared understanding for both people and AI, Sapluna enables a new kind of efficiency in your production, customer service, and continuous improvement.

01 · Organization Level
01 · Organization Level
The organizational level is the home base where project activities are maintained and prepared. Many important issues can be resolved even before the preparation of an individual project is started. It is not worth waiting for a problem to appear only as the project progresses.
At the organizational level, Sapluna can maintain resources and products for sale, develop operating models, utilize project analytics, and build collaboration networks that support the success of projects and strategic planning.
02 → Project Playbook

02 · Project Playbook
02 · Project Playbook
Most projects start from the wrong end — schedules, budgets and site plans before a shared understanding of what's being done even exists. In Sapluna, planning is not the first step. The first step is creating a shared foundation: the Project Playbook.
The Playbook doesn't start empty. Every new project comes with a ready-made Playbook from the selected Project Template, which is then reviewed and adjusted to fit the project's specific needs.
03 → People & Roles

03 · People & Roles
03 · People & Roles
Events and other culmination projects are delivered through people working together — production teams, subcontractors, partners, authorities, volunteers, performers and other stakeholders. Sapluna approaches this from two angles: system users and permissions, and roles and responsibilities in practical execution.
Permission levels range from Organization Admin and Project Admin down to Planner, who sees a whole workspace, and Editor, who is scoped to their own content — so large numbers of external participants can join without exposing all project information to everyone.
04 → Processing Data

04 · Processing Data
04 · Processing Data
Sapluna helps you collect, process and utilize project data throughout the entire project lifecycle. Dashboards, communication, response management, resource management and reporting keep information moving and support decision-making.
Data from different sources is refined into meaningful outputs and delivered to predefined destinations such as web pages, reports and documents.
05 → Live Operations

05 · Live Operations
05 · Live Operations
Live production is the phase where the project is managed in real-world conditions. Real-time situational awareness, field communication, and up-to-date work instructions help teams operate efficiently and keep the entire execution under control.
Documents, live communication, accreditation, reporting and field updates help coordinate operations, provide real-time situational awareness and keep everything under control, even when things move quickly.
06 → Post Production

06 · Post Production
06 · Post Production
Even after the live event or project culmination, important work remains. Many of the most valuable lessons are learned after the execution phase.
Sapluna helps complete the remaining tasks and brings feedback, analytics and documentation together in one place. The project is archived in a structured way, and its data can be reused to improve future projects.
FAQ
You define the structure of the work once — processes, roles and checkpoints — then run every production against that model. Sapluna turns know-how that usually lives in people’s heads into something the whole team can follow.
